Who is responsible

ClickZero AI, Heemraadssingel 102, 3021 DG Rotterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 97166863, is the controller for the personal data described here.

For anything about your data, email daniyal@clickzero.co. You will get an answer from Daniyal Sherafat, the founder, not from a ticket system.

What we collect, and why

When you request a free website, the form sends us your name, your email address, your current website if you give one, and your answers about your studio. We use them to design your website and to contact you about it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement (GDPR article 6(1)(b)).

When you book a call, the booking window collects your name, your email address and whatever you choose to write in it. We use them to hold the call. Same legal basis.

When you email us, we receive what you send and use it to reply.

When you visit, we count page views with Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages are read and which are not. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a website that works (article 6(1)(f)). According to Vercel, this does not use cookies and does not identify you across visits.

We do not buy data about you, we do not build advertising profiles, and no decision about you is made by a machine alone.

Who else handles your data

We use a small number of services to run this website. Each processes your data only to provide its service to us.

Formspree receives and forwards the free-website form. Cal.com runs the booking window and may set its own cookies inside it. Vercel hosts the website and provides the visit counts; like any web host, it processes the technical details of each request, such as your IP address, to deliver the page.

These providers are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. We only use providers that offer a transfer mechanism recognised under the GDPR. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Cookies and storage

This website sets no cookies of its own. If you arrive from one of our advertisements, the campaign details in the link (the utm parameters) are kept in your browser's session storage so a booking can be attributed to that campaign. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab.

The Cal.com booking window is loaded only when you open it, and Cal.com's own policy covers what it stores.

How long we keep it

A free-website request, and the emails about it, are kept for up to twelve months after our last contact if it does not lead to an agreement, then deleted.

If you become a client, what we need for the engagement is kept for as long as it runs. Invoices and the records behind them are kept for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires it.

Visit counts are kept in aggregate and do not identify you.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to limit how we use it, to object to our use of it, or to receive it in a form you can take elsewhere. Email daniyal@clickzero.co; we answer within one month.

If you think we handle your data wrongly, tell us first so we can fix it. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Changes

If what we collect or who handles it changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
